Those that play at a higher level are used to balancing demanding schedules, handling pressure, adapting quickly to challenges, and working to continuously improve, — skills that transfer directly to the workplace. And, they are committed to lifting up their teammates! You’ll be hard-pressed to find another sport whose teammates cheer one another on as much as female softball players do.
